Nitro Milk Stout | IBU 22 | ALC 4.7%
Sweet or more commonly known as “Milk” Stouts use lactose sugar to provide a sweeter finish.  Special Perla Negra malted barley from Chile provides smooth rich dark chocolate flavors.  Moo-n Landing has a multitude of meanings, such as the obvious cow reference “moo”, landing a plane by the full moon light, and of course the sexual inuendo of butts touching for a Moo-n Landing.


S.M.A.S.H I.P.A | IBU 60 | ALC 6.9%
Using the U.K.’s finest Maris Otter malted barley and El Dorado hops grown in the Pacific Northwest, this Single Malt And Single Hop (SMASH) I.P.A. is a smooth and crisp summer thirst quencher. Maris Otter malted barley gives a bready, biscuit like sweetness to the flavor profile. El Dorado hops bring bright tropical fruit flavors and aromas of pear, watermelon, and stone fruit.

Imperial Red | IBU 90 | ALC 7.5%

Taking a page from its namesake, this Imperial Red changes the rules. Dark brown color, a strong heavy head, bold sweetness of caramel and raisin with a fantastically bitter hoppy finish.


West Coast IPA | IBU 75 | ALC 6.9%.

A straw colored brew with 5 varieties of hops used during the brewing process. Hoppy is not sufficient to describe the fantastic hop character this brew presents at the front of the mouth and back of tongue. Crisp, bold with a bit of grapefruit in the dry finish.
